We’ve answered the most common things athletes ask about SportsRehab.app — from how the programs work, to pricing, equipment, and recovery. If you don’t see what you need, just reach out through our Contact page or in-app support.
Programs are phase-based with clear exit criteria. You only move on when you meet the goals for each stage. Daily tasks and video guidance provide clear instructions on exactly what to do. Progress is automatically tracked and can also be reviewed by a coach or physiotherapist.
To cancel, you need to do it inside the SportsRehab app: Open the app. Go to Admin in the bottom menu. Select Subscription. Tap the 3 dots next to your active subscription (top right corner). Choose Cancel and follow the on-screen steps.
In a web browser (desktop version): log in to your account at SportsRehab.app. Go to My Account → Subscription. Select the option to Cancel subscription.
Your SportsRehab.app subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), unless you cancel before renewal.
You can cancel anytime directly through your account settings in the app or on the website. Once cancelled, your plan will remain active until the end of your current paid period.
All sales are final.
The app works on mobile and desktop. You can access it through any web browser or download the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial, giving you full access before your first payment.
You’ll need to start a subscription to begin the trial, but you can cancel anytime within 7 days and you won’t be charged.
Subscriptions are available at £9.99/month, £19.99 for 3 months, or £59.99/year.

Most programs require little or no equipment. If optional kit, such as a resistance band, helps your progress, we’ll let you know.

The app doesn’t replace in-person care when it’s needed, but it offers expert-led rehabilitation with greater flexibility and at a lower cost.
